Despite the concerns of parents, a silent protest against abortion planned for today at Howell and Hartland high schools drew few participants and posed no problems for teachers and administrators. Those students protesting are doing so with tact and maturity, said Bill Smith, Howell High School principal. Very few students have chosen to participate.
